Our next Company Visit brought students to Radix, which was founded to bring clarity and transparency to the multifamily ecosystem, helping operators, investors, asset managers, brokers, and even renters make smarter decisions.
Students were welcomed by Arben Zeqiri and Lirim Zenuni, who shared the company’s journey and growth story. They explained how Radix identified a major gap in the multifamily real estate industry: an overload of data but a lack of real intelligence to support high-stakes decisions. They shared how Radix built its presence in Kosovo by identifying and developing top local talent across engineering, management, and design.
Lirim and Arben were open to disclose clearly what they look for when hiring: strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, curiosity, and a growth mindset. Beyond technical knowledge, they emphasized ownership, communication, and critical thinking.
The visit gave students a real understanding of how a Kosovo-based team contributes to a global, data-driven industry that influences multi-billion-dollar decisions.
