Workshops

Our workshops brought together business and cultural entrepreneurs to address one of Kosovo’s most pressing challenges: youth migration. These workshops were part of a broader research initiative investigating why young Kosovars leave the country and how the business and cultural community can help retain talent.

Through a combination of sessions, conversations, and group work, participants shared insights, identified practical solutions, and explored ways to create meaningful career and entrepreneurial opportunities at home. 

The research findings from these workshops, along with other interviews, will be published in the upcoming report, providing recommendations for policymakers, stakeholders, and the wider community.

Company Visits

Our Company Visits are designed to give students a real look into Kosovo’s growing professional landscape. A selected group of motivated students from four of Kosovo’s top universities, including the University of Prishtina, the University of Prizren, IBCM Mitrovica, and RIT Kosovo, expressed interest in joining the program. 

Before each visit, these students receive invitations to visits that best match their field of study and background, ensuring the experience is relevant and meaningful. During each visit, students explore real work environments, meet teams across different departments, hear personal career stories, and see how local companies operate on a global level.
