Our next student visit took us to AnchorzUp, a dynamic company at the forefront of digital solutions and outsourcing. Students were warmly welcomed by CEO Jeta Zagragja and CXO Lum Zagragja, who shared their experiences, company vision, and insights into the global market. From the start, students had the chance to interact directly with leadership and team members, ask questions, and learn what it takes to build a thriving career in a fast-growing digital company.
What did students learn during this visit?
During the visit, students explored the company’s operations across outsourcing, digital solutions, and creative services, while meeting team members who shared their journeys from students to experienced professionals. The team encouraged students never to give up and keep trying, highlighting that there are many opportunities in Kosovo to grow professionally and succeed in their careers. They also emphasized the importance of developing soft skills alongside technical expertise.
A key highlight of the day was a discussion on AI; students learned how artificial intelligence is reshaping the industry and how different roles, from design to engineering to content creation, leverage AI in practical, innovative ways.
