We opened the series of company visits with Tactica, a Kosovo-based company making global waves in SEO and digital marketing. Students were welcomed by CEO Blendrit Elezaj, COO Ardian Orllati, and the entire Tactica team, who shared insights about the company’s journey, their team, and how they serve clients worldwide. From the start, students had the chance to talk directly with the company’s leaders and employees, ask questions about their careers, and learn what it takes to succeed in a growing company. As students are in their final year of studies, this visit provided an invaluable opportunity to start building professional networks, gain insights into real-world roles, and understand the steps they can take to thrive after graduation.
During the visit, students:
- Learned what it takes to create and grow a company, from technical expertise to sales, communication, and coordination.
- Explored the marketing and technical SEO teams and met staff who shared their career paths.
- Saw firsthand how local companies can operate globally and inspire entrepreneurship right here in Kosovo.
